Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the Parliament and of the Council of 26 October 2016 lays down the rules applicable to member states to ensure that all public sector websites and mobile applications, independently of the device by which they are accessed, comply with the accessibility requirements stipulated in norm EN 301 549 v2.1.2, of August 2018, on accessibility requirements suitable for public procurement of ICT products and services in Europe.
The University of Barcelona is committed to conforming with level AA and is currently undergoing an audit to identify and resolve possible non-conformities and to achieve full accessibility of its website for use by all individuals regardless of their capabilities.
