Stakeholders engagement
The research community has been directly involved in the implementation of the HR strategy since 2018, when a macro-survey of all research staff was launched to record their perceptions on the implementation of the 40 principles of the European Charter for Researchers and the Code for the Recruitment of Researchers. This led to the drafting of a comprehensive report in 2019, which played a key role in identifying the needs of each group in the context of the implementation of the HR strategy.
