HRS4R award at University of Barcelona

​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​The European Commission has recognized UB with the HR Excellence in Research Award which is granted to institutions that implement human resources policies that are consistent with the principles of the European Charter for Researchers and the Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers.

​​​​​​​The HRS4R award commitment includes periodic internal and external evaluations. The University of Barcelona has published a guide to Good practice in the selection and recruitment of research staff according to OTM-R (Open, Transparent and Merit Based) criteria. The OTM-R strategy at the University of Barcelona is implemented through multi-year action plans.
